Lazeez Street Food was born from a passion for authentic Lebanese flavours and a desire to share them with others. Our journey began at the prestigious St James Quarter in Edinburgh, where our founder, inspired by his heritage, started serving traditional Lebanese street food with a modern twist. The fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and warm hospitality quickly built a loyal following. As Lazeez grew, we expanded to a second permanent location at The Pitt Market in Granton, bringing our food to even more people across the city. Alongside our permanent sites, we began offering catering services for weddings, office lunches, festivals, and private events, supported by our fleet of fully equipped mobile food trucks, including two iconic Airstream trailers.

FROM STREET FOOD TO FESTIVALS

Lazeez Street Food began with a passion for authentic Lebanese flavours and a vision to bring fresh, vibrant street food to Edinburgh. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a trusted name known for quality wraps, mezze boxes, and bold flavours served with heart.

GROWING OUR PRESENCE

As demand grew, Lazeez expanded beyond pop-ups into permanent locations at St James Quarter and The Pitt Market. With a focus on consistency and fresh ingredients, we built a loyal following across the city.

TAKING FLAVOUR ON THE ROAD

Today, with three fully equipped mobile food trucks — including two iconic Airstream trailers — we serve major festivals, weddings, corporate events, and large public gatherings across Scotland. From intimate celebrations to high-volume events, we deliver the Lazeez experience wherever it’s needed.
